As is required to process any transaction, we will collect sensitive information such as credit card details and billing information when you order through our website. Your credit card information will never be stored on our servers, however this information may be stored by our payment gateway (see the "Processing Orders" section above).

If you wish for our technicians to perform any service requiring access to your servers, such as installations, customizations, consultations, updates, or general troubleshooting, sensitive information such as FTP login details and MySQL database information may be requested from you. If storage of this information is required, such as for ongoing projects, the information will always be encrypted and deleted immediately following completion of the work.
