As is required to process any transaction, we will collect sensitive information such as credit card details and billing information when you order through our website. Your credit card information will never be stored on our servers, however this information may be stored by our payment gateway (see the "Processing Orders" section above).
You can remove your credit card from our payment gateway at any time from the "My Account" section.
PROGRAM INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
If you wish for our technicians to perform any service requiring access to your servers, such as installations, customizations, consultations, updates, or general troubleshooting, sensitive information such as FTP login details and MySQL database information may be requested from you. When collecting this information, we do it securely through a service like Safebark or over a secure SSL connection. If storage of this information is required, such as for ongoing projects, the information will always be encrypted and deleted immediately following completion of the work. Access to this information is limited only to the staff members directly responding to your request.
You can remove this information from our database at any time from the "My Account" section.
In order to receive support and download software, you may be requested to create an account with us. During the registration process, information such as contact information will be requested. This information can be updated or removed at any time from the "My Account" section of the website.
